Payment Methods

We accept payments by credit card (Visa and MasterCard) and debit card (BCA and Bank Mandiri) at our stores. Bank transfer (BCA and Bank Mandiri) is also accepted. Financing is available through Cicilan BCA or Adira (only for customers whose domicily in Jakarta area). American Express and Discover credit cards are available via online PayPal merchant payment.

Financing

In collaboration with Adira, we provide financing with less than 2% interest per month (rate may change, please check with us). You may choose between 6, 9, or 12 month-period. Above table depicts requirements for financing approval process.

BCA Financing is also available with a competitive rate of only 1.67% interest per month. Available for period of 3, 6 and 12 months. Administration fee is 3% except for promotion period starting from 9th December 2008. The only requirement is to have a credit card issued by BCA or a BCA Card.

How do I buy umpchouse products? Don't worry, you may proceed with ordering online. Here's how:

• Forward the bank slip to our email: sales@umpchouse.com
• We will perform a daily check on transfers received and confirm your transfer on the next business day

Shipping and Handling
We ship our products using either TiKi or Fedex. Shipping and handling fee is Rp 75.000. We may require more fee for certain locations that are harder to reach by these shippers. When this is the case, we will inform you during the time of shipment.

Pre-Order

For products that are not available immediately, we require a down payment of 20%-50% of product price.

Kami memberikan banyak pilihan untuk metode pembayaran, dari cash/tunai, gesek kartu debit (BCA atau Mandiri), gesek kartu kredit (Visa atau Master), sampai dengan cicilan ringan melalui kredit BCA atau Adira. Lengkap kan? Tambah satu lagi, transfer langsung ke rekening bank. Kartu kredit American Express dan Discover hanya tersedia secara online melalui pembayaran merchant PayPal.

Bekerjasama dengan Adira, kami menyediakan cicilan dengan bunga dibawah 2% per bulan (bunga bisa berubah-ubah, harap cek dengan kami). Cicilan mulai dari 6, 9, sampai dengan 12 bulan. Tabel diatas menunjukkan persyaratan dokumen yang diperlukan Adira.

Cicilan BCA juga tersedia dengan bunga kompetitif di 1.67% per bulannya. Cicilan tersedia dari 3, 6 dan 12 bulan. Biaya administrasi 3% kecuali pada masa promo mulai dari 9 Desember 2008. Persyaratan mudah, cukup memiliki kartu kredit yang dikeluarkan oleh BCA atau BCA Card.

Bisa Kirim ke Lokasi Luar Kota?

Tentu. Biaya pengiriman ke kota-kota besar di Indonesia dikenakan biaya sebesar RP 75.000. Dalam kota RP 35.000.
